Procedures

Mr Jason Webb offers a range of surgical and non-surgical treatments for various hip issues.

Hip Replacement

Jason Webb offers an individual, bespoke service and adopts a systematic approach to treating all his patients. Using tried and tested implants, patients can expect excellent results in the majority of cases, with very low risk of complications.

Hip Replacement revision

Modern hip replacements last very well, with more than 95% expected to be still functioning 10 years after implantation. However hip replacements do gradually wear out, necessitating in some cases, repeat or revision surgery.

Lateral hip syndrome

Lateral hip syndrome is a common cause of pain in the hip region. Formerly known as Trochanteric bursitis, it is now recognised to be caused by a variety of musculoskeletal conditions that lead to overload of the muscles and tendons that pass the outer aspect of the hip.

Non-surgical options

In many cases problems in the hip region may be the result of problems with the lower back or knees. In addition many hip-disorders have long phases where non-operative treatments may be effective.
